Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in your body and is essential for over 300 different chemical reactions, including maintaining your energy level, supporting a healthy immune system, helping you relax, and sustaining the health of your heart and blood vessels. Yet more than 60% people are magnesium-deficient, and they don’t even know it.
Every organ in your body, especially your heart, muscles, and kidneys, needs magnesium. This mineral also contributes to healthy teeth and bones. Magnesium activates enzymes, contributes to energy production, and helps regulate levels of calcium, copper, zinc, potassium, vitamin D, and other important nutrients in the body.
But it doesn’t stop there. Magnesium also plays a vital role in supporting healthy brain activity and an optimal state of mental health.
“it is highly regrettable that the deficiency of such an inexpensive, low toxicity nutrient results in diseases that cause incalculable suffering and expense throughout the world.”
Dr. Steven Johnson
“Magnesium is nothing short of a miracle mineral in its healing effect on a wide range of diseases as well as in its ability to rejuvenate the aging body. We also know that it is essential for many enzyme reactions, especially in regard to cellular energy production for the health of the brain and nervous system and also for healthy teeth and bones. However, it may come as a surprise that in the form of Magnesium Chloride it is also an impressive infection fighter.”
Walter Last
“With Magnesium we can alleviate a score of common problems like muscle pain, insomnia, migraines, menstrual pain and depression. One can prevent Cancer, treat and cure diabetes and help children recover from autism when Magnesium Chloride is appropriately used.”
“Magnesium Chloride is absolutely necessary for life and health but we find it grossly deficient in majority of people, who use contemporary diets. The clinical situation is so bad that when it comes to magnesium, people with chronic diseases can be sure, with no test needed, that Magnesium level will be low.”
“Unfortunately, most magnesium supplements in the market today are useless for two reasons, first they are from wrong form of Magnesium and second oral supplementation is very effective because of low bowel tolerance and low level of absorption.
The form of Magnesium that human metabolic system recognizes and assimilates most readily is magnesium chloride, the same form contained in the sea water.”
Daniel Reid, Byron Bay, Australia, Dec 2009
“Magnesium prevents the blood vessels from constricting, thus warding off rises in blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks. Magnesium Inhibits the release of thromboxane, a substance that makes the blood platelets stickier.”
Dr Jerry L. Nadler
Magnesium Oil is a highly concentrated form of magnesium chloride (MgCl2). Interestingly, it’s not really an oil, it is called Magnesium “oil” as it is feels like having an oil like texture. So you don’t need to worry about oily skin, oil stains, or anything else having to do with oil.
The magnesium Oil is applied on skin and in technical terms it is called as Transdermal application.
A study in the U.S. by department of agriculture surveyed 37000 individuals, and only 25% had dietary magnesium equal to or more than RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowances).
The situation elsewhere in the world is no different. Due to modern Agricultural practices, soil has been depleted of key minerals. Also, thanks to current eating habits. Most of us are not able to get the required amount of Magnesium in our body and supplementation is required.

Early signs of magnesium deficiency are wide-ranging, including a loss of appetite, headache, nausea, fatigue, and weakness. Other signs of low magnesium levels are:
- Agitation and anxiety
- Poor heart health
- Restless legs syndrome (RLS)
- Low energy
- High blood pressure
- Insomnia
- Difficulty swallowing
- Poor nail growth
- Poor memory
- Sleep disorders
- Dizziness
- Muscle spasms and weakness
- Respiratory issues
Dr. Mark Sircus reports in his book on “Transdermal Magnesium”:
“ Just a few positive results that have been reported from Transdermal Magnesium are as follows:
Heart
- Aids in Hypertension
- Assists in prevention of strokes and aids in recovery.
- Improves Cardiac (heart) Health
Pains
- Massaged on arthritic joints will frequently render almost instant reprieve from pain.
- Aids in sports injuries
- Address muscle spasms, eye twitches, neck and back pain
- Prevents pre-menstrual syndrome
Brain Health
- Improves Insomnia Issues
- Helps maintain Memory function
- Has calming effect on the nervous system
- Has been utilized for treating central nervous symptoms of vertigo and confusion.
- Helps in anxiety and Panic attacks
Bone health
- Helps build bones and make proteins
- Helps in Tooth decay
Diabetes
- Assists in prevention of diabetes, enhances insulin secretion. Without Magnesium, insulin is not able to glucose into cells
Skin
- Sprayed on the wrinkled skin will, in due course, begin to smooth them out.
Energy
- Improves overall energy production (ATP)
General Health
- Is crucial for the removal of toxins an asthma d heavy metals
- Addresses Asthma”
Is’t it amazing that one mineral can help in so many issues. Yes it is a miracle Mineral.
Yes, probably more than most other people! Athletes use more magnesium than “normal folk.” Simply going to the gym from time to time will use up magnesium. Any post-workout pain can be dramatically alleviated by spraying magnesium oil directly on the pain and rubbing it in, helping you recover faster. Better yet, use the magnesium before exercising to reduce the likelihood of pain ever occurring! Many people report that magnesium oil has helped relieve tennis and golf elbow.
It is safe! However, start with small amounts, as children’s skin is more sensitive to skin irritation. Start slowly and spread it out, building tolerance by diluting it with equal parts water to begin with. Meanwhile, keep an eye out for any skin irritation.
In principle, overdosing is not possible because your body will excrete any excess of magnesium.
The main side effect with too much magnesium is loose and watery stools. If you experience anything like this, or any discomfort or irritation, please discontinue use for some time and start with smaller dose.
If you’ve recently had a blood test, you might assume it would show a magnesium deficiency. But only 1 percent of magnesium in your body is distributed in your blood, making a serum magnesium blood test not very useful in determining low magnesium levels. Most magnesium is stored in your bones and organs, where it is used for many biological functions. Yet, it’s quite possible to be deficient and not know it, which is why magnesium deficiency has been dubbed an “invisible deficiency.”
It is recommend that we use it daily. Keeping magnesium at an optimal level can help with a feeling of balance along with helping with pain, tension, muscle cramps, and restless legs. 30 sprays of Magnesium oil restores most people to optimal levels. We recommend 15 sprays in the morning and 15 in the evening to get the full benefit. You can use it once in day after bath.
If you are new to magnesium oil, we suggest building up your tolerance by splitting up sprays (e.g., 15 sprays in the morning, and 15 sprays at night as mentioned above) or diluting it with water to ease up on tingling or burning. In case of pains, do spray in the painful area so get relief from the pain faster.
Most people spray it on their arms, legs, feet, and/or stomach. Some people with specific issues like leg or muscle cramps will spray and massage it onto that part of their body. We recommend gently massaging it into your skin. Once absorbed through your skin, the magnesium will be carried to different parts of your body. Make sure not to apply it in the freshly shaven areas, or on cuts/ burns. It will sting a lot.
We recommend washing your hands after applying and avoiding contact with eyes and mucus membranes. It’s not necessary to wash off elsewhere, but it’s up to you! If you prefer to wash the magnesium oil off, wait at least 20 minutes to allow the magnesium to fully absorb.
First, it’s a safer, natural deodorant compared to chemical-filled alternatives. Second, using magnesium oil as a deodorant is a good way to get your daily magnesium. However, keep in mind that the armpits are much more sensitive compared to other parts of the body (like your arms and legs). If you use magnesium oil as a deodorant, dilute it with water and start slowly to build tolerance. DO NOT apply it to freshly shaven armpits, as it will sting.
